BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 5505 Brainerd Road, being off the northeast and northwest line of Brainerd Road at Pisgah Avenue. Part of lot 2, Sunbest Properties Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat book 40, page 112, ROHC; being part of the property described in deed book 3750, page 430, ROHC, and being all the remaining part of said lot 2 which is not currently zoned C-1.
